About the Author

Since 1984, Jeanine G. Coleman, M.Ed., has been the Program Director for Advance Infant Development in La Verne, California, a program for infants from birth to three years of age who are at-risk or developmentally disabled. Her responsibilities include training and supervising a staff of infant educators, and working with various state, therapy, and educational agencies. She lives with her husband, Dale, and son, Jacob, in La Verne, California.
